Complete Ophthalmoplegia: A Rare Presentation of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension

Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is a disorder defined by clinical criteria that include signs and symptoms produced raised tension (headache, papilloedema vision loss), normal CSF composition with no other cause of evident on neuroimaging. The most common symptom IIH headache; the sign visual field loss. Here, we report case which presented without headache, loss complete ophthalmoplegia in one eye sixth cranial nerve palsy eye. There was improvement patient medical management she planned for diversion procedure. We highlight various treatment options available importance timely diagnosis urgent treatment.
